At StuccoPaintArt, we aim to provide transparent and convenient payment options for all our stucco paint design services. Below are the details of our payment policies, accepted methods, and important terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm any UPI Scanner)
✅ Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
✅ Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
✅ Cash Payments (On-site only, with receipt)
✅ PayPal (For Outside India)
Payment Terms
1. Residential Projects
- Booking Fee: 30% advance payment required to confirm your slot
- Balance Payment: Another 40% payment will be required on the day the work starts. The 30% payment will have to be paid must when the work is 80% Complete. ( If this condition is not met, the work will be stopped )
- Material Costs: Included in the quote unless specified otherwise
2. Commercial / Large Projects
- Milestone Payments:
- 50% advance
- 40% after surface preparation
- 10% upon completion
- Corporate Invoicing: Available for registered businesses (15-30 day credit terms*)
*Subject to credit approval
Discounts & Offers
- 3% Discount for full advance payment
- 5% Off on projects exceeding 500 sq. ft.
- Referral Bonus: ₹2,000 credit for every successful referral
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If cancelled >3 days before project start
- 50% Refund: If cancelled 1-2 days before
- No Refund: After work begins (non-refundable materials may apply)
- Rescheduling: Free once with 72-hour notice; 10% fee thereafter
Important Notes

Payment FAQ
Q: When is payment due?
A: We require 30% upfront to book your slot. The remaining payment 70% is paid after 80% work completion but before final handover.
Q: Is the advance payment refundable?
A: Yes, if cancelled >7 days before the project start date. See our Refund Policy for details.
Q: Do you offer EMI options?
A: Currently, we only accept full payments. We’re working to introduce EMI soon!
Q: Can I pay cash to the workers?
A: No. All payments must go through our official website (UPI/bank transfer/office cashier) for your security and our accountability.
Q: Why was I charged GST?
A: As a registered business, we’re required to charge 18% GST on all services. Material-only purchases may have different tax rates.
Q: How will I receive my receipt?
A: Digital invoices are emailed within 24 hours. Physical copies available on request (+₹50 delivery fee).
Q: What if I need to change my payment method?
A: Notify us at least 24 hours before payment due date via email/WhatsApp.
Q: Do you accept foreign currency?
A: No, we only accept INR payments through Indian banking channels.
Q: Is there a fee for late payment?
A: Yes, 1.5% monthly interest applies to balances unpaid after 7 days of completion.
Q: Can I tip the crew?
A: While not expected, tips are appreciated! Please give directly to our project supervisor for fair distribution.
