1. Returns & Exchanges (For Physical Products Only)

  • Eligibility:
     To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging
    • Returned within 7 days of delivery

       

  • Non-returnable items:
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Opened or used texture materials or tools
    • Gift cards
    • Digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, software)

Return Process:

  • Shipping Costs:
     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

2. Refunds (For Physical Products)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damage or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund (as applicable).

4. Services, Training, & Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

  • All workshops, online courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased.
  • In case of cancellation by Stucco Paint Art, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Missed training sessions due to customer reasons are not refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped or processed.
  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2/3 business days.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
